We are looking for a person with a keen eye for service who wants to be part of our team and be our face to the public as a receptionist.

Your role:

As a receptionist, your tasks may vary a bit. Primarily, you will sit at the reception desk and handle guest check-ins and check-outs, make bookings, respond to reviews and feedback, as well as answer calls and emails. Additionally, our hotel always strives to provide the best service possible, which may mean that you, as a receptionist, should also be available to assist guests with requests for extra pillows/blankets for their rooms or any other help.

Attributes and requirements:

- You are at least 18 years old

- You can work every weekend from 3 PM to 9 PM

- You speak fluent Swedish and English; additional languages are definitely a plus

- You are social, quick to learn, and meticulous

- You enjoy taking responsibility and prefer to work independently
